Bon Secours is here to help make those steps even easier. Come to SeniorFest 2008 and take advantage of the following FREE Health Screenings:

  • 8-Foot Up-And-Go – designed to assess agility and dynamic balance (ability to make quick movements while walking)
  • Shoulder Range of Motion – measures flexibility in the shoulders and upper body
  • Sit and Reach – assesses lower-body and hamstring flexibility (your ability to bend)
  • Arm Curl – measures upper-body strength (needed to lift things)
  • Chair Stand – designed to measure lower-body strength in the legs
