Senior Showcase
Bon Secours Senior Health is proud to sponsor this year’s Senior Showcase presented each year by the Virginia Beach Mayor’s Commission on Aging. This year’s program is to be held at the fabulous Sandler Center for the Performing Arts on November 12, 2008 from 9 am until 2 pm. Our theme is ‘The Art of Aging’ and will feature a keynote presentation by Mayor Meyera Oberndorf, entertainment by the Fire & Ice Quartet, Brain Games sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association, exhibits, lunch, and prizes. Line Dancing Comes to Portsmouth!
January 09 – Want to exercise your body and brain after the holidays? Join our new beginner line dance class at Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth. Gradually increase your strength, coordination, and balance – while burning calories. Best of all you will be having fun and making new friends.

This 10-week class starts Monday, January 5 from 1– 2 pm. Cost $30.

Stay Fit Through Line Dance
Want to exercise the body and the brain after the holidays? Sign up for a line dance class. These fun classes are offered on several different days and times during the week. Classes are held at Mary Immaculate Hospital and the Midtown Community Center. Come have some fun, get in shape and learn something new.
