I admit I have used my ‘advancing’ age to put responsibilities, and in some cases, opportunities aside. Shoot baskets with the kids? I’m too old for that! Exercise…I don’t have time for that anymore. Help my neighbor move into their new home? Well, that’s for younger men, not me, after all, I’ve done my share of helping others move.

		SeniorHealth Online A FREE SeniorHealth membership is available to Hampton Roads individuals age 55 and older. Our members receive a free copy of SeniorHealth Magazine, discounts to special events, trips and functions sponsored by SeniorHealth. This Bon Secours site is designed to help seniors become aware of opportunities available through SeniorHealth as well as give links to services and support groups. We also include an on-line version of SeniorHealth magazine.
